Hampden 1, 2 and 3 were completed in 2018 as double storey houses with 220 -240 square meter, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms specifications. All three units had their own custom details.

This massive project was built for a developer in under just 10 months with fine attention to details which has made the project profitable for the owner. We stayed connected with the developer and assisted in the budget and planning.

The final result of all three units was a huge success and the owner couldn’t have been happier with the how we managed the process from the start to finish on a timely manner. The success of this project has led him to come back to us for his new buildings.
