Masoud founded PlanCo Homes with a clear purpose, to deliver beautiful, high-quality homes while setting a new standard for how the building process should feel. With a background spanning both construction and business, he brings the experience, precision and foundational principles that shape every project we take on. His passion for quality craftsmanship is genuine and it shows, in the homes we build and in the team he's built around him.
Paris joined the business with a deep love for design, planning and the people side of building. She works closely with every client from the first meeting through to handover, guiding them through selections, design decisions and the details that make a home feel truly considered. Her warmth, communication and eye for detail are at the heart of what makes the PlanCo experience feel different.
Together, we've built a business that operates more like a partnership than a transaction, where clients are kept close, questions are always welcome and the finished home reflects not just quality workmanship but a genuine understanding of how you want to live. That combination of warmth, expertise and personal involvement is what keeps clients referring their friends and family to us long after their build is complete.

From your first meeting through to handover, you'll deal directly with Paris and Masoud, supported by a close-knit team that includes our site supervisor, dedicated interior designer and admin. We keep you informed at every stage, with regular updates and full transparency over what's happening and what's coming next.
