
1 . Initial Consultation
Every build starts with a conversation in our office, where we take the time to get to know you and understand what you're looking to create. We'll talk through your project, share how we work and make sure we're the right fit for each other before anything else moves forward. It's relaxed, honest and a genuinely important first step.
2 . Design Brief Meeting
This is where we get into the detail of your vision. We spend time understanding your taste, your lifestyle and the specific finishes, materials and design directions that appeal to you, from facades and flooring through to colour tones and overall feel. It's typically a two hour session and it's one of our favourites, because this is where your home really starts to take shape.
3 . Concept Plan
With a clear brief in hand, we develop your concept plan, translating your ideas into detailed drawings and layouts. Once complete, we provide a thorough cost estimation so you have a genuine and transparent picture of what your project will cost before committing to the next stage.
4 . Selection & Interior Design
With your concept plan confirmed, we guide you through the selections process, helping you choose the materials, finishes and fittings that will bring your home to life. We spend real time here because thoughtful decisions made early are what prevent costly changes later and ensure the finished home feels exactly the way you imagined. Our interior designer works closely with you through this stage, offering guidance on everything from flooring and facades through to colour tones and finer details.
5 . Planning & Approvals
We manage the entire approvals process on your behalf, from engineering reports and working drawings through to council submissions and development approvals. Every detail of your build is documented precisely so that all trades have exactly what they need before work begins and nothing is left to interpretation on site. If additional services are needed, such as demolition or subdivision applications, we coordinate those too.
6 . Construction
With everything approved and documented, we break ground and begin building. We coordinate every trade, manage every timeline and keep you updated throughout with weekly Friday updates covering what's happened and what's coming next. If anything unexpected arises, you'll hear from us immediately with a full and honest explanation.
7 . Handover
Handover is one of our favourite moments on any project. We come to your new home together, walk you through every detail and make sure everything feels familiar and ready from the moment you arrive. We take the time to show you how everything works, because we want it to feel like home from day one, not something you're still figuring out. Then we celebrate, because after everything we've built together, it deserves to be marked properly.
